Jerry T. Miller was born in Louisville. In 2004, he joined the Fletcher Administration where he worked with Commerce Cabinet Secretary Jim Host on issues affecting Louisville. Jerry was appointed Commissioner of Kentucky’s State Parks by Governor Ernie Fletcher in 2006.
